Statement regarding LockBit claims
Earlier this morning we became aware of tweets from LockBit, the cyber-criminal gang, claiming that they had compromised Darktrace’s internal security systems and had accessed our data. Our security teams have run a full review of our internal systems and can see no evidence of compromise. None of the LockBit social media posts link to any compromised Darktrace data. We will continue to monitor the situation extremely closely, but based on our current investigations we are confident that our systems remain secure and all customer data is fully protected.

Darktrace Joins UK Government on Trade Mission to Mexico
Darktrace, the leader in Enterprise Immune System technology, announces that it is one of five British companies to participate in the cyber security trade mission to Mexico City, which commences today, organized by the UK Trade and Investment’s Defense and Security Organization and the Home Office.
This four-day trade mission in Mexico is the first to focus on security issues, with an emphasis on protecting Mexico’s cities and critical national infrastructure. During the trip, Darktrace will meet with senior officials from various Mexican Government ministries, as well as selected Mexican companies. The mission also has links with another mission aimed at the new Mexico City international airport.
“Mexico’s president has made security a top priority for the country, and its cyber security market is rapidly growing as part of this strategy,” said Nicole Eagan, CEO, Darktrace. “We are delighted to participate in this trade mission, which represents an excellent opportunity to introduce our Enterprise Immune System approach to cyber defence to the Mexican market. Darktrace’s machine learning-based technology is now used by over 250 organizations across the world, and we look forward to extending our customer base into Mexico and help protect more organizations against today’s fast-moving threat environment.”
The trade mission will be based in Mexico City, and is supported by the British Embassy.
