As the Chief Partner and Transformation Officer, Dan leads both the Global Partner Organization (GPO) as well as the Business Transformation Office (BTO), including revenue operations and enablement. The GPO team is responsible for collaboration with partners worldwide via the Darktrace Defenders Partner Program, Services Authorized Partner Program for MSP/MSSPs, and strategic alliances with hyperscale cloud providers including AWS and Microsoft. The BTO is focused on modernizing business processes and systems to drive internal efficiencies and productivity that will enable Darktrace to deliver exceptional value to its customers and partners and position the company for long-term growth and sustained success.

Dan has received several channel industry recognitions, including CRN Channel Chiefs and Channel Futures' Top Cybersecurity Leaders for 2024. Dan joined Darktrace from Cohesity, where he was Vice President of Americas Channel Sales. Prior to Cohesity, Dan spent 7 years with VMware, where he led the company's Solution Provider and Distribution businesses where he and his team focused on SaaS and consumption services. Prior to his channel leadership role, Dan led VMware's Central U.S. Enterprise business. In addition to his time with VMware, Dan has held numerous leadership positions with Fortune 500 organizations at both CDW and Insight, leading their enterprise, public sector and healthcare sales teams.
