Darktrace and its Customers Support Black Girls Code

At Darktrace, we believe that through community we can have a profound positive impact on the cyber and technology industries at large. This holiday season, we are proud to announce that we are donating to Black Girls Code in the name of our valued customers.

Black Girls Code is empowering the next generation of women of color to pursue careers in tech, and we are honored to support their mission of providing young women with the resources, training and mentorship they need to thrive in the technology industry. Since 2011, Black Girls Code has supported girls of color in tech through coding education and more. Their initiatives go beyond coding and seek to build confidence and connections, enhancing technical skills, community bonds, and career paths.

As part of our DEI Strategy, we are steadfastly committed to both diversifying our own workforce and playing a role in building and nurturing the next generation of diverse technology leaders. We are at the beginning of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion journey and, as part of this, we are actively seeking to create more opportunities for diverse talent in the cyber and technology industries.

This donation is also a token of our appreciation for our customers, who trust us to protect what matters most. Together, we’re helping to shape a brighter, more inclusive future.

I am thrilled to be supporting Black Girls Code this holiday season as part of our commitment to diversity, empowering young women of color and ensuring that the future of technology reflects the rich variety of voices that will drive true innovation. ”
