Headcount is a problem for security leaders...

but very few are prioritizing hiring

Despite ‘insufficient personnel’ being considered the greatest inhibitor to defending AI-powered threats, increasing cybersecurity staff is bottom of the priority list over the next 12 months, with only 11% prioritizing hiring.
